Your New Role

This role is for a

construction professional coming from a general contractor environment

who understands the demands of agency-driven work, complex coordination, and delivering projects in active transit environments.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 10\+ years of construction experience with a general contractor
• Direct experience delivering projects for the MTA or related transit agencies
• Strong understanding of public contracts, cost control, scheduling, and documentation
• Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary infrastructure projects in NYC
• Excellent communication skills and experience interfacing with agency stakeholders
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship

What You’ll Get in Return

• Base Salary:

$185,000 – $250,000

• Total Compensation Potential:

Up to \~$300,000 with performance bonuses
