Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Manager located in the Greater Cleveland area. The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, while adhering to company standards. Responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing logistics, expediting project deliverables, performing inspections, and supervising project teams to ensure deliverables align with client expectations.

Qualifications

• 5\+ years with

experience with

Commercial General Contractor

• Experience in Project Management with strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Knowledge of Inspection processes to maintain compliance and quality assurance
• Expertise in Logistics Management for efficient resource utilization and workflow coordination
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in contracting or restoration services is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with clients
