What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support Service Engineering teams in designing and developing new service introduction processes and products
• Develop end-to-end schedules and break them down into actionable tasks
• Champion Agile methodology to drive teams toward critical business milestones
• Manage risk through contingency planning, conflict resolution, and tradeoff assessments
• Foster a collaborative team environment and build strong relationships with multi-disciplinary partners

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of program management experience; 8\+ years preferred
• Experience managing R\&D projects is required
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary technical project teams
• Prior experience in a regulated environment is necessary
• Proficiency in MS Project is required

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with capital systems is preferred
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and Jira capabilities
• Medical device experience is a plus
• Demonstrated influence and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work collaboratively to align diverse stakeholders
