Sr. SQL/ETL Developer

A well-established organization is seeking a Sr. SQL/ETL Developer to join a collaborative technology team focused on building and maintaining data-driven solutions that support critical business operations and strategic initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full data lifecycle, from development and optimization to troubleshooting and performance tuning in a stable, team-oriented environment.

You will partner with developers, data professionals, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and support scalable data solutions. This position plays a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and integrity of core data systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain relational database solutions
• Build and support data integration and transformation workflows
• Optimize database performance through query tuning and indexing strategies
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and performance issues
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Support reporting and analytics initiatives across the organization
• Contribute to data modeling, architecture, and best practices

Qualifications

• Strong experience working with relational databases and advanced query development
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes
• Solid understanding of database design, normalization, and performance tuning
• Experience diagnosing and resolving data-related issues (e.g., performance bottlenecks, data integrity concerns)
• Exposure to reporting and analytics tools is a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
