SSG Delivery Marketing Sr. Specialist

partners with Lenovo’s

CIO Delivery / Technology Solutions Delivery

organization to “marketize” Lenovo’s most innovative internal pilots, PoCs, and delivery-led solutions—turning real delivery outcomes into credible stories, proof points, and programs that elevate seller confidence and strengthen Lenovo’s market perception as an IT Solutions and Services leader.

This role is accountable for building a steady engine of

that improves the internal and external visibility of Lenovo’s

Delivery capabilities and innovation

. You will act as the marketing ambassador for the CIO Delivery team across SSG, ensuring Delivery-led innovations are consistently translated into clear proof points, compelling narratives, and seller-ready assets—so our delivery expertise is visible, understood, and confidently sold.

The ideal candidate is a technically credible B2B marketer with a

strong content development background

, able to turn Delivery innovations—especially AI internal PoCs—into crisp, proof-based stories and high-impact assets. They can independently produce and scale content across formats (decks, one-pagers, talking points, case stories, internal comms) that builds seller confidence and elevates Lenovo’s Delivery credibility. They thrive in a matrixed environment, partnering closely with Delivery leaders and sales to move from raw inputs to publish-ready materials quickly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize Delivery innovations and pilots (especially AI internal PoCs), partnering with CIO Delivery leaders to source the right stories, inputs, and proof points.
  • Marketize Delivery capabilities internally and externally by translating complex delivery work into clear, outcome-based narratives that reinforce Lenovo’s expertise and differentiation.
  • proof) that showcase Delivery innovation and execution excellence.
  • Develop base-level sales enablement that increases seller confidence in Delivery, including core messaging, proof-point libraries, “how we deliver” overviews, FAQs, and talk tracks.
  • Create high-quality content across formats (decks, one-pagers, intranet posts, executive briefs, scripts, videos/talking points) to promote Delivery successes and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the marketing ambassador for CIO Delivery within SSG, ensuring alignment with portfolio marketing, field teams, and other stakeholders so Delivery narratives are consistent and widely adopted.
  • Support Delivery executives with communications and visibility, including interview/podcast/event prep, keynote/presentation narrative shaping, and executive social media/profile content aligned to Lenovo guidelines.

Basic Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience with B2B marketing in the IT Services industry.
  • Demonstrated content development ability in B2B (portfolio or writing samples preferred): decks, one-pagers, internal comms, talk tracks, short case stories, or web-style copy.
  • Prior experience supporting internal storytelling or “customer proof” content (case studies, success stories, internal wins, employee spotlights).
  • Experience assisting with executive communications (presentation support, briefing notes, LinkedIn drafts, interview prep)
  • Ability to take technical inputs from Delivery/IT teams and turn them into clear, accurate, outcome-based messaging (structured storytelling, minimal fluff).

Preferred Requirements

  • Working knowledge of sales enablement fundamentals (what sellers need to tell a story): core messages, proof points, FAQs, simple pitch/talk tracks.
  • Strong project execution skills: can manage multiple requests, meet deadlines, and drive reviews/approvals with stakeholders.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable editing for executives and presenting drafts in review meetings.
  • Collaborative working style; able to partner across Sales, Delivery, and marketing teams.
  • Exposure to one or more domains: AI, Hybrid cloud, IT Services, Cybersecurity, Digital Workplace Solutions, Infrastructure services (coursework, projects, internships, or prior roles all count).
  • Familiarity with common tools: PowerPoint, SharePoint/Teams; bonus for experience with copywriting and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Fluency with AI-assisted content tools and workflows to accelerate output quality and speed (e.g., strong prompting, rapid outlining, rewrites, summarization, and turning raw inputs into usable drafts), with sound judgment around confidentiality and data handling.
  • Comfort working across time zones and adapting content for different audiences (internal sellers vs. external customers/partners).Experience at a major sports property, sports activation agency, and/or corporate sports marketing department preferred
  • Comfort interfacing with senior leaders.
  • Interest in enterprise technology, solutions, or how technology enables business outcomes.
