Lockheed Martin Space and Fleet Ballistic Missile Program (FBM) is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support the D5LE Program Management Office and serve as the HR Site Lead for the Titusville, Florida campus. The Trident D5 missile program (D5LE) is the sixth in a series of missile generations deployed since the sea-based deterrent program was first deployed in 1990 and has since played a critical role in our Nation’s deterrence strategy. As the D5LE HRBP, you will serve as a strategic HR advisor to the program leadership team by driving talent management, workforce development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives that enable the program to deliver business results and achieve its long‑range strategic objectives. As the HR Site Lead, you will serve as the POC for HR related site needs and partner with our cross-functional HR team to promote consistent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, day‑to‑day HR support and counsel to the D5LE program leadership team, including the Program Director, PLT members, and functional teams.
- Serve as the primary HR POC and site lead for the Titusville, Florida Campus
- Act as a trusted advisor on people‑related risk, employee relations, performance, and compliance issues.
- Partner with the PMO and cross-functional teams to design, execute, and continuously improve organizational structures, workforce plans, and talent strategies to ensure alignment with program milestones and future business needs
- Serve as the primary conduit between the D5LE program office and HR COE teams (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, T\&OC, etc.).
- Drive the implementation of proactive adoption of LM performance management, succession planning, and career development programs
- Champion continuous improvement and OneLM adoption, acting as a change agent to embed best practices and LM Enterprise alignment across the program
Desired Skills
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Prior HR Business Partner and/or Labor Relations experience
- Prior experience in a DoD or aerospace environment
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Must demonstrate strong decision making and judgment, oral and written communication, business acumen skills
- SHRM or HRCI certification
