About the Role

A rapidly growing consulting firm is seeking experienced consultants to support clients in solving complex business and management challenges. This role offers the opportunity to work across strategy, business transformation, digital initiatives, and new business development while partnering closely with clients from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support the execution of corporate and business strategies

• Lead new business planning and market entry initiatives

• Design and implement marketing strategies

• Advise on organizational design and people strategies

• Develop digital transformation (DX) strategies and digital enablement initiatives

• Drive operational improvement and business transformation projects

• Support startup and venture clients on growth and scaling initiatives

• Lead project workstreams and manage client relationships

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes

Requirements

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in a consulting firm

• Experience delivering Strategy, Operations, or Digital Transformation (DX) projects

• Experience in new business development or startup advisory

• Project leadership and team management experience

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to work in fast-paced and entrepreneurial environments
