About The Role

We’re looking for a driven Consultant to join our Consulting team in India. You’ll support end-to-end project delivery, help craft client-ready insights, and contribute to business development. This is a hands-on role with visibility to leadership and direct interaction with clients.

What You’ll Do

Project Delivery \& Analysis:

• Support project delivery: Assist project supervisors in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate meaningful insights that inform project recommendations.
• Develop client deliverables: Prepare high-quality PowerPoint reports and presentation materials, summarizing key findings and insights for weekly client updates.

Coordination \& Communication

• Manage project coordination: Handle meeting logistics, including scheduling and preparing invitations, documenting minutes, and drafting communication emails for internal and client stakeholders.

Business Development

• Contribute to proposal development, research target accounts, and prepare pitch materials to support the firm’s growth agenda.

Skills

What We’re Looking For

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize insights for executive audiences.
• Ownership mindset, reliability under deadlines, and collaborative teamwork.

Experience

• 3–6 years in consulting, analytics, or related strategy consulting roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA in Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance or related field from a top tier University
• Exposure to client-facing environments and cross-functional project teams.
