Job Description
- Responsible for structural design process from concept through construction documentation.
- Supervise and mentor a team of structural engineers and CAD/BIM technicians.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, MEP, and construction engineers.
- Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.
- Conduct structural analysis using software such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or Revit.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Perform site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation and quality control.
- Drive innovation in structural systems, materials, and sustainability practices
- Actively participate in the construction administration process and resolve the technical queries of consultants and contractors.
- Prepare Scope of Works (SoW), Division of Responsibility (DoR), BoQ (Bill of Quantities) etc for the projects.
- Checking and approval of bills submitted by the vendors and consultants for payments.
