Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sub Arc Welder located in Conroe, TX. The Sub Arc Welder will be responsible for performing various welding processes including arc welding, TIG welding, and MIG welding. The role entails working with a variety of materials to complete fabrication projects, inspecting and maintaining equipment, ensuring weld quality, and adhering to safety protocols. The candidate will collaborate closely with the operations team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding
• Experience with working on and handling a variety of materials
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety protocols
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Attention to detail, quality, and precision in workmanship
• Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting welding equipment
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks in a workshop environment
• Prior experience in industrial or custom fabrication is a plus
