Location for this role is Hybrid: Remote/West Chester, PA.

The Role:

We're looking for a Market Research Intern who's excited about the future of research and isn't afraid to use AI to get there faster. You'll support our team in gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing market research intelligence that directly shapes business decisions.

Successful candidates will also be collaborative by nature, proactive and extremely disciplined. Exceptional communication and presentation skills a plus. No prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required, yet an interest in healthcare and market research is desired.

What you will do:

• Help the team as they work with clients to create custom market research and marketing reports and solutions.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners on the recruitment of respondents, coordination of study set-up, and basic execution of quantitative and qualitative research.
• Manipulate, and analyze simple data in excel.
• Program surveys in a user-friendly platform such as Qualtrics.
• Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar) to accelerate research capabilities.
• Maintain and update research trackers, and databases.

What we are looking for:

Must be very organized and comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy of output.

Enthusiasm for AI tools and a willingness to experiment with new ways of working.

Be proactive and ask questions to aid in own learning and growth.

No specific degree or experience required — we care more about how you think than what's on your resume.
