The Role

• Lead daily field operations on ground-up commercial construction projects from mobilization through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field crews, inspections, materials, site logistics, and project sequencing
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and scopes of work to identify coordination issues and constructability concerns
• Maintain project schedules by coordinating manpower, deliveries, inspections, and trade activities
• Work closely with Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Lead site meetings, safety meetings, look-ahead planning, daily reporting, punch lists, and project closeout activities
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within quality expectations, and in accordance with project documents
• Resolve field issues quickly while maintaining strong communication with project teams and trade partners

Background Sought

• Commercial construction Superintendent experience required
• Ground-up commercial project experience required
• Trades background preferred, ideally carpentry, framing, concrete, interiors, or general commercial field experience
• Commercial general contractor experience preferred
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, schedules, subcontractor coordination, inspections, safety, and quality control
• Ability to lead subcontractors, manage field sequencing, and maintain strong jobsite standards
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine pride in field leadership and project delivery
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the US, no visa sponsorship available
