Job Description

• Lead field operations for a ground-up healthcare construction project
• Ensure compliance with AHCA requirements and healthcare construction standards
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics
• Drive project safety, quality control, and milestone achievement

The Successful Applicant

• Previous Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
• Demonstrated AHCA healthcare project experience is required
• Ground-up construction experience on projects up to $10M\+
• Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, and site operations
• Familiarity with Procore, RedTeam, or similar construction software preferred

What's On Offer

Salary:

$120,000 - $130,000 base salary

• $500/month vehicle allowance
• Health insurance with employer contribution after 60 days
• 401(k) plan with company match up to a percentage of contributions
