💲 Pay Rate: $74\.00 – $80\.00/hour

🔧 What you’ll do

Plan, schedule, and monitor material flow throughout the production cycle to ensure timely procurement

Define and track supplier performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Evaluate supplier quality, performance benchmarks, and supply base risks

Lead process improvement initiatives across procurement, inventory control, and manufacturing strategies (JIT, Kanban, min/max)

Partner with suppliers to align delivery with forecasted demand

Represent supplier business management in cross-functional commodity teams

Collaborate with engineering and suppliers to resolve complex issues and ensure on-time delivery

Develop presentations, white papers, and process documentation to support improvement projects

Monitor product costs, prevent negative PPV, and support cost reduction initiatives

Drive supplier manufacturing process improvements to enhance quality and delivery performance

🧠 What you bring

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to solve complex problems with scalable, repeatable solutions

Experience with Microsoft Excel, SAP, or other ERP systems

Advanced Excel skills including macros, pivot tables, data analysis, and dashboards

Ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities in a dynamic environment

Willingness to travel up to 10 percent (mostly domestic, occasional international)
