Trinamics is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator in the Eindhoven region. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring material availability, coordinating supplier performance, and improving supply chain processes within a highly innovative manufacturing environment.

Your Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will focus on maintaining a reliable supply chain and ensuring materials are available when needed. Your responsibilities include:

• Acting as the main point of contact between suppliers and internal supply chain teams.
• Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring delivery commitments are met.
• Securing material availability for production and operational activities.
• Proactively identifying supply risks, shortages, and process bottlenecks, and coordinating solutions.
• Managing a portfolio of materials and analyzing the impact of demand changes throughout the supply chain.
• Translating supplier performance trends into concrete improvement actions.
• Supporting supplier improvement initiatives together with logistics and quality stakeholders.
• Helping suppliers optimize the use of systems, processes, and operational procedures.
• Driving continuous improvement activities using Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving techniques.
• Creating reports and analyses on material availability, supply chain performance, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborating with planning, logistics, procurement, production, and engineering teams.

What We're Looking For

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics flows, and material planning.
• Knowledge of planning systems such as MRP and ERP environments.

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, materials planning, or supplier coordination.
• Experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience with supplier management and operational planning.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Ability to operate effectively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with production-related supply chain processes.
