The Role,
We're looking for an exceptional, hands-on Supply Chain \& Operations Manager who will take our logistics function to the next level.
With our e-commerce platforms being the core part of our business, we now need someone to come in and own our end-to-end ecommerce logistics, enabling the brand to grow and scale effectively.
Reporting directly into the Managing Director, you will take a key role in analysing data to improve processes across everything logistics. You will build and maintain key relationships with manufactures, suppliers, warehousing, and couriers to ensure we have a seamless supply chain, start to finish.
What you’ll be doing,
- Control our worldwide logistics function start to finish
- Play a key role in the sourcing for new product development, and bringing them to market effectively
- Audit existing logistics set ups and optimise for both efficiency and customer experience
- Conduct market and industry research, develop plans to address issues and solve problems related to market or policy changes if needed
- Liaise with our manufactures, couriers and warehouse operators on a regular basis to support on the Logistics function, improve processes and offer support on all thing’s logistics
- Manage day to day Logistics Operations, track record of high performance and team improvement
- Worked on data analysis, to continuously improve the Key logistics KPIs
What you’ll bring to the role,
- At least 3\+ years of working experience in ecommerce logistics operations
- Commercial understanding of supply chain to ensure our processes scale before we do
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Expertise in global logistics customers to ensure a smooth global supply chain
- A keen understanding of cashflow in line with our stock holdings
- Self-motivated and results driven, analytical and data driven

Salary: £45,000\+ depending on experience
Schedule: Hybrid - minimum 2 days per week in the Sale office
