Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Support, Compliance, and Vendor Manager

to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area.

This role is central to driving operational excellence across our organization. The ideal candidate will lead vendor management efforts, including sourcing, procurement, contract negotiation, and performance oversight, ensuring high-quality service delivery and cost efficiency.

In addition, this individual will oversee compliance and contract management activities, ensuring alignment with company policies, client requirements, and industry standards.

This position also plays a key cross-functional support role, working closely with Sales, Fulfillment, Project Management, and Account Management teams to streamline operations and enhance performance.

A unique and impactful component of this role is the management of our

internship program

. The candidate will help recruit, onboard, and mentor interns, creating a meaningful experience while building a strong talent pipeline for the company.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in

contract negotiation and contract management

, with the ability to secure favorable and compliant agreements

  • Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

, with the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional internal teams

  • Solid experience in

procurement processes and vendor management

, including sourcing, onboarding, and performance oversight

  • Demonstrated

analytical skills

, with the ability to assess vendor performance, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement

  • Highly organized with the ability to

prioritize and manage multiple initiatives

in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and accountability
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the

language services industry or a related field

is a plus

  • Experience mentoring or managing

internship or early talent programs

is a strong advantage
