Hiring: System Engineer (Japanese Mandatory)
Location: Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid)
Experience: Freshers to 4 Years
We’re looking for passionate
System Engineers
with strong Japanese language skills to join our growing team in Malaysia! If you have a technical mindset and enjoy solving problems, this could be a great start or next step in your career.
Key Requirements:
- JLPT N1 / N2 / N3 certification (Mandatory)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
- Knowledge of troubleshooting \& issue resolution
- Good communication \& end-user support skills
What You’ll Do:
- Provide L1 support for IT systems \& applications
- Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues
- Handle tickets, incidents, and service requests
- Perform basic system \& network configurations
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Maintain documentation and ensure timely closures
Freshers with relevant knowledge \+ Japanese certification are welcome!
