Job Description
Beaucoup is seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader to lead and execute recruiting efforts focused on building high-performing technical teams. This is a hands-on leadership role for an accomplished recruiter and talent strategist who thrives in competitive talent markets and knows how to identify, engage, and close high-demand technology professionals.
The ideal candidate is an expert headhunter who goes well beyond traditional job postings and inbound applicants. You will proactively map talent markets, build targeted sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, and develop relationships with highly sought-after professionals across engineering, product, data, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and other specialized technology disciplines.
This role will partner closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to anticipate workforce needs, define talent profiles, and build scalable recruiting strategies that support Beaucoup’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of technical recruiting initiatives across the organization.
- Proactively source, headhunt, and recruit high-demand, hard-to-find technology talent.
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates across critical technical disciplines.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, professional networks, technical communities, referrals, market intelligence, and direct outreach.
- Conduct talent mapping and competitive research to identify target companies, talent pools, and emerging skill sets.
- Partner with executives and hiring leaders to understand business objectives, workforce plans, and technical hiring requirements.
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing market intelligence, compensation insights, candidate availability, and competitive hiring recommendations.
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from talent identification and initial engagement through interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
- Develop compelling outreach and candidate engagement strategies that differentiate Beaucoup in a highly competitive technology talent market.
- Build scalable recruiting processes, tools, metrics, and best practices to support continued organizational growth.
- Track recruiting performance and use data to improve sourcing effectiveness, candidate conversion, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while representing Beaucoup’s culture, mission, and growth opportunity.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in technical recruiting, executive search, talent acquisition, or technology-focused headhunting.
- Proven success recruiting difficult-to-find and highly sought-after technical professionals.
- Deep understanding of technical talent markets and the ability to effectively recruit across multiple technology disciplines.
- Demonstrated expertise in passive candidate sourcing, direct outreach, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.
- Strong ability to assess technical talent and translate complex hiring requirements into effective recruiting strategies.
- Experience partnering directly with executives, technical leaders, and hiring managers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and candidate-closing skills.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating with significant ownership and autonomy.
- Experience building or scaling recruiting processes within a rapidly growing organization is strongly preferred.
