Hiring: Manager – Talent Acquisition (Volume Hiring)
We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead large-scale hiring initiatives across multiple business units. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive hiring excellence while delivering a seamless candidate experience.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Hiring Leadership
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies for high-volume and bulk hiring programs.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR to forecast workforce requirements and plan hiring pipelines.
Stakeholder \& Business Alignment
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand hiring priorities, timelines, and business goals.
- Provide data-driven hiring insights and workforce projections to support strategic decisions.
Team Leadership \& Development
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring delivery against hiring targets.
- Drive performance through KPIs, coaching, and continuous capability building.
End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
- Oversee the entire hiring lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer closure.
- Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, turnaround times, and quality benchmarks.
Sourcing Excellence
- Leverage multiple channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and vendor networks.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract top talent at scale.
Analytics \& Insights
- Track key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and conversion ratios.
- Share regular insights and reports with leadership to drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- 7\+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to volume/bulk hiring
- Proven track record in managing high hiring volumes in fast-paced environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and ATS platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet aggressive hiring timelines
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree (Any medium/HR specialization preferred)
