Role Description

This full-time Recruitment Specialist role focuses on attracting, selecting, and onboarding skilled professionals to support Mader Group’s growing operations. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process with hiring managers and stakeholders. The Recruitment Specialist will manage job postings, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience. Day-to-day tasks also involve collaborating with operations teams on workforce planning, assisting with new hire orientation, and tracking recruitment metrics to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for mechanics, electricians and welders within the mining and construction industries, OEM and heavy equipment maintenance experience highly desirable.
• Candidates should possess strong recruiting and hiring skills, including experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and represent the company professionally.
• Candidates should possess organizational skills to support onboarding and help new team members integrate into the organization.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to work independently.
