Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Troy, MI. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The specialist will develop and maintain talent pipelines, support employer branding initiatives, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Daily activities include partnering with internal stakeholders to clarify role requirements, posting job descriptions, tracking recruitment metrics, and maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems. The role also involves participating in local networking events or career fairs as needed to strengthen the company’s presence and attract qualified talent.

• Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring needs.
• Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to evaluate candidates effectively and make informed selection decisions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to promote the organization’s value proposition and enhance talent attraction.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and online recruiting platforms; proficiency with MS Office or similar tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Troy, MI, managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Previous experience in staffing, HR, or talent acquisition; a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
