Talent Advisor – Technical

to join our team, supporting an established client within the

defense and space manufacturing industry

.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys working closely with hiring managers, understands technical talent markets, and can manage recruitment from

initial sourcing through to offer and close

.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Advisor, you will:

• Manage

full-lifecycle recruitment

across technical and engineering positions

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies

• Source and proactively identify qualified technical talent through LinkedIn, online platforms, ATS systems and professional networks

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

• Screen, interview and assess candidates against technical and business requirements

• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience

• Coordinate interviews, feedback, selection, offers and negotiations

• Provide hiring managers with

market intelligence, recruitment insights and guidance

• Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders and HR teams

• Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment documentation and reporting

• Track recruitment metrics and contribute to reporting and QBR preparation

• Support and coach junior recruiters/sourcers where required

• Stay current with recruitment trends, sourcing strategies and technical talent markets

🔹 What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Proven

full-lifecycle recruitment experience

• Experience recruiting within

engineering, technical, defense, aerospace, manufacturing or a related environment

• Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills

• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong prioritisation and organisational skills

• The ability to quickly understand technical requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies

• Experience working with an

Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• A client-focused approach and the ability to build trusted relationships

• Confidence working in a

fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

🎓

Education \& Experience

A Bachelor’s degree and

1\+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience

is required, together with a background in staffing/recruiting.
