Job Title: Team Assistant and Paralegal
Location: London
Working pattern: Hybrid, 2 days in the office

We're looking for a bright, organised and enthusiastic paralegal/team assistant to join our team of friendly lawyers. What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a paralegal, legal assistant or administrative role
- Familiarity with contract management processes and legal documentation
- Experience working in a large organisation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work proactively and co-operatively
- Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
What You Will Do
- Draft, review and format legal documents, including NDAs, deeds of variation and termination
- Conduct legal research and prepare knowledge updates to the team as required
- Manage and organise internal legal precedent banks
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on legal requests and documentation, including assisting with execution of documents
- Assisting the business with collating information for RFPs
- Triage of all legal post, ensuring any time sensitive documents are dealt with in a timely manner
- Support team operations including process improvements and documentation
- Maintain and ensure proper recordkeeping of all legal documentation relating to CBRE's offices located in the UK
- Managing the content and layout of the Legal Intranet and other sites
- Legal Tracker Database - Support the UK legal team with setting up matters on Legal Tracker, and liaising with the Legal Operations team as appropriate. Liaising with the law firms as necessary
- General Insurances - Assisting with data gathering from the UK Business during renewal periods and preparing submissions to Brokers. Escalating insurance claims appropriately. Liaising with Brokers, Insurers and the Insurance Risk Management team as required to support with insurance queries from the UK business
