Technical Architect

We are looking for an experienced Technology Development Manager / Architect with strong expertise in system integration, AI/ML solutions, and financial services. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical architecture and development experience with team leadership and people management. The candidate should be able to drive enterprise technology initiatives, lead engineering teams, and work closely with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of scalable enterprise technology solutions.

Drive system integration across platforms, APIs, third-party systems, and data environments.

Support and deliver AI/ML-enabled solutions and modern technology initiatives.

Manage and mentor engineering teams; provide technical and delivery leadership.

Collaborate with business, product, and technology stakeholders to define and execute roadmaps.

Ensure solutions meet security, quality, and compliance standards, especially in financial services environments.

Required Qualifications

10\+ years of experience in software development, architecture, or technology leadership roles.

Strong experience in system integration and enterprise application architecture.

Hands-on exposure to AI/ML technologies or AI-driven solution delivery.

Prior experience in the financial services industry.

Proven people management and team leadership experience.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
