**Role Description The Technical Co-Founder role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Capital Governorate, Bahrain. This role involves leading the end-to-end technical vision for Hollyoud’s platforms and tools, including designing technology architecture, selecting appropriate frameworks, and driving implementation. The Technical Co-Founder will collaborate closely with creative, production, and business teams to translate entertainment concepts into scalable digital products and operational systems. Daily responsibilities include overseeing software development, managing technical roadmaps, ensuring system reliability and security, and integrating emerging technologies relevant to film and entert

ainment.

• Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to evaluate technical options, interpret data, and support strategic decision-making.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present technical concepts clearly, and engage stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess sales skills to support product pitches, participate in business development discussions, and help demonstrate the value of Hollyoud’s technology solutions.
• Candidates should possess marketing skills to align digital platforms with brand positioning and support go-to-market

strategies for entertainment products.

• Candidates should possess research skills to stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in film, media, and technology.
• Experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical product leadership, ideally within media, entertainment, or related industries.
• Proven ability to build and lead technical teams and manage projects from concept to launch.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and digital content workflows is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and readiness to take co-founder responsibilities in a growing venture.**
