Position Overview

We're looking for a

technically minded marketer

who enjoys solving problems, learning new technology, and helping businesses grow.

This is a

well-rounded marketing

role focused on website strategy, technical SEO, AI search optimization, analytics, and marketing technology. You'll also have opportunities to work with automation, content implementation, and video editing.

We're not looking for someone who knows everything. We're looking for someone with a strong marketing foundation, technical aptitude, and the willingness to continually learn and grow.Primary ResponsibilitiesWebsite Strategy \& Optimization

• Improve and optimize existing WordPress websites using Avada.
• Build new websites as needed.
• Improve website usability, performance, conversions, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot technical website issues.
• Implement website best practices for speed, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.

SEO \& AEO

• Perform technical SEO improvements.
• Optimize websites for AI search and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
• Implement schema markup and structured data.
• Conduct keyword and content optimization.
• Monitor rankings and identify ongoing optimization opportunities.

Analytics \& Marketing Technology

• Configure and troubleshoot Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
• Implement conversion tracking, event tracking, and marketing pixels.
• Support CRM integrations and marketing automation.
• Research and implement new AI and marketing technologies.
• Diagnose and resolve technical marketing issues.

Content \& Video Support

• Publish and manage website content.

Continuous Improvement

• Research new marketing strategies, AI tools, and industry best practices.
• Recommend improvements for clients and internal processes.
• Collaborate with team members across multiple marketing disciplines.

Client Communication

• Yoo will directly commmunicate with our clients your strategies and understand from thier business perspective.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3\+ years of digital marketing or technical marketing experience.
• Experience with WordPress and Avada them (there are many others our clients have but we like Avada).
• Working knowledge of technical SEO/AEO.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with schema markup and website optimization.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations or the technical aptitude to figure it out. :)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
