Product Manager (Atlanta, GA)

Optomi, in partnership with a leading retail support center, is looking for a Technology Product Manager. The contract Technology Product Manager (PM) is dedicated to delivering business value to drive sales, enhance efficiency, and elevate customer satisfaction through the creation of high-quality products. This role involves driving product changes and collaborating closely with developers, designers, and business partners. The PM will manage product roadmaps, conduct thorough business reviews, and support cross-functional product teams within the Microsoft Suite.

• Strong Agile/Scrum experience
• Ability to write technical user stories

• System architecture understanding
• Strong stakeholder management
• Data analysis (SQL)

What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:

• Translate customer delivery needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring engineering teams have well-defined, executable work for upcoming sprints
• Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the development team
• Monitor app performance and user behavior metrics to identify friction points in the delivery flow
• Participate in agile ceremonies to remove blockers and clarify requirements
