This role focuses on accelerating cluster capacity delivery through a strategic burst labor model, which involves rapid mobilization of resources to meet the speed of light objectives.

As a Senior TPM, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of complex, cross-cutting programs that enable the rapid scaling of Google's Machine Learning (ML) and compute capacity. You will lead the development and implementation of the burst labor strategy, leveraging a flexible workforce that can scale up to 24/7 operations to match cross-functional velocity. Your role will involve solving challenging construction and deployment problems while establishing trust among a set of global stakeholders.
