Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with launching New Product Introduction (NPI) products in Compute, Networking, or Infrastructure domains.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with Machine Learning infrastructure and TPU or GPU systems.
• Experience driving results through informal authority, serving as a trusted consultant to key business partners, and represent users and customers in every thought and interaction.
• Ability to identify organizational needs, establish priorities, and work separately.
• Strong understanding of software development and distributed systems.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

In this role, you will design and deliver automated software solutions that support the capacity expansion of Google’s data center infrastructure. This unified mission spans multiple organizations (e.g., compute, storage, networking, etc.) at scale, while continuously integrating new technologies into Google's infrastructure. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Hardware, Software, and Ops teams to meet infrastructure demands, supporting Google’s internal services and enabling user growth. As new technologies and capacity needs evolve, you will work to continuously improve our ability to fulfill these demands.

• Scope, plan, and deliver software features for large NPI programs in the TPU and Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) space.
• Manage the software development, risks, schedules, communication plans and commitments based on prioritized needs.
• Provide management with forecasts of program deliverables and detailed status updates.
• Exhibit your team's analyses, recommendations, and approaches to stakeholders and executive management.
