Temporary Role: Project Management Lead (Intern)

Duration: Temporary assignment (evaluation period to determine potential permanent need)
Overview
We are seeking a temporary Project Management Lead to help introduce structure, coordination, and visibility across several critical initiatives currently underway across Product, Technology, and Operations. This role will focus on organizing project workflows, improving communication across teams, and ensuring key initiatives remain on track.
The position is intended as a temporary assignment during a period of increased project activity. At the conclusion of the engagement, the company will evaluate whether the responsibilities should transition into a permanent role.
Key Initiatives Supported
The Project Management Lead will coordinate and track progress across several priority initiatives, including:
- SmartAdvocate platform upgrade and related integrations
- SOC 2 compliance preparation and documentation efforts
- Class Action administration product and technology initiatives
- Cross-department project coordination between Product, Technology, Operations, and Compliance
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain structured project tracking across active initiatives
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across teams
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and maintain action item tracking
- Provide executive-level reporting on project progress, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure cross-team alignment between Product, Technology, Compliance, and Operations
- Assist in prioritization and sequencing of initiatives across the Class Action roadmap
- Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues that could impact delivery timelines
- Support documentation and process improvements to strengthen project management practices
Qualifications
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects in technology or professional services environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate across technical and business teams
- Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms
- Ability to produce clear executive-level reporting and status updates

- Clear tracking of milestones, risks, and deliverables
- Consistent reporting to leadership on project progress
- Successful coordination of key initiatives such as the Smart Advocate upgrade and SOC 2 preparation
