What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage and coordinate the enterprise-wide ITSM program across various business channels
• Plan, execute, and coordinate processes supporting Global ITSM transformation initiatives
• Direct project activities, manage risk mitigation, and communicate status to senior executives
• Develop delivery roadmaps that align strategic business objectives with ITSM delivery plans
• Ensure compliance with management and information security policies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proven experience in program management, particularly in ITSM
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in executing strategic asset management processes
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and virtual teams in different time zones
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices in IT service management
