Technical Recruiter (Tech \+ Corporate Sales)
📍 [Location: Malvern, PA / Hybrid (4 days a week on-site] \| 💼 Full-Time
Overview
We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter who can operate across both
technical hiring (engineering, infrastructure, data)
and
corporate sales roles (Account Executives, Sales Leaders)
.
This role is not about filling reqs—it’s about
building high-quality pipelines, influencing hiring decisions, and driving outcomes in competitive talent markets
.
What You’ll Own
- Full-cycle recruiting across technical and corporate sales roles
- Partnering with hiring managers to define profiles, calibrate candidates, and refine hiring strategy
- Building proactive pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, and direct sourcing
- Screening candidates for both
technical capability
and
commercial acumen
- Managing interview processes, feedback loops, and candidate experience end-to-end
- Advising on compensation, market conditions, and hiring challenges
- Driving urgency and accountability with stakeholders to close top talent
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7\+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Proven success recruiting
technical roles
(e.g., software engineers, data, infrastructure)
- Experience hiring
corporate sales talent
(AE, Sales Execs, Sales Leadership)
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates
- Ability to assess both technical skillsets and sales profiles (pipeline, quota, deal size, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in IT consulting, staffing or professional services environments
- Exposure to compensation structures (OTE, commission plans, etc.)
- Experience working with executive-level stakeholders
