The Role

• Build and maintain nurturing campaigns and recruitment marketing efforts.

What You'll Need

• 8\+ years of progressive recruiting experience in high-growth, premier tech environments.

• Proven success hiring in niche and competitive technical talent markets.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.

• Clear, compelling written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience managing stakeholder expectations for top-of-funnel initiatives.
