Job Description

We recruit across a wide range of industries, including Fortune 500 companies, financial services, retail, supply chain and logistics, ecommerce, food and beverage, manufacturing and distribution, and both enterprise and mid-size organizations. That range is part of what makes this role interesting. No two weeks look the same.

We're looking for driven, money-motivated Technical Recruiters who want to build a real career in agency staffing. We don't function like most staffing agencies because we offer role ownership, long term rolling contracts, close client relationships, and an abundance of closable roles to go around. You don't need to be a senior recruiter. You need to be coachable, hungry, and comfortable on the phone. We'll teach you the rest, and we'll actually invest the time to do it right.

What you'll do:

  • Manage full-cycle technical recruiting (not full desk) across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles
  • Source and screen candidates across the tech stack, from Desktop Support to more senior roles like Application Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Network and Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, Integration, AI, Project and Program Management, Workday, ERP, Platform Engineering, and more.
  • Recruit at every level, from individual contributors up through Director and senior management titles
  • Actively participate in client intake calls and learn how our team qualifies roles and candidates the right way, not just checking boxes
  • Support offer negotiations and closes on real, active reqs, not theoretical pipelines
  • Build pipelines and candidate relationships you'll keep coming back to for years
  • Use modern recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Lusha, Dice, and AI-powered sourcing platforms, to work smarter and find candidates faster
  • Work on a quality basis, not a volume basis. We don't chase numbers for the sake of numbers, and we don't do much with VMS accounts
  • Learn directly from recruiters who have been closing deals in this market for a long time

  • Some agency recruiting experience preferred but not required
  • A real drive to close deals and earn commission
  • Coachability. You take feedback and use it fast
  • Comfort on the phone with candidates and clients
