About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

agency recruiter

with a proven track record of recruiting technology professionals for

both contract and permanent positions

.

This role is best suited to someone who has worked in a fast-paced IT staffing environment, is comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, and has hands-on experience with

LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM platforms such as Bullhorn, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS)

.

Experience supporting

public-sector clients and government technology requirements is preferred

.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the

full recruitment lifecycle

for both contract and permanent IT positions

• Recruit exclusively within an

IT staffing/recruitment agency environment

• Source, identify and engage candidates through

LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, job boards, referrals, networking and proactive sourcing

• Work with

VMS platforms

to review requirements, submit candidates and manage contract recruitment processes

• Conduct detailed candidate screening, qualification and interview preparation
• Recruit across areas including:
• Software Development
• Infrastructure
• Cloud
• Cybersecurity
• Data \& Analytics
• Business Analysis
• Project Management
• ERP \& Enterprise Applications
• Support recruitment for ERP technologies including

SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics and related platforms

• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialized and difficult-to-fill technical positions
• Present qualified candidates to Account Managers and clients
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, references, offers and onboarding activities
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity in the

ATS/CRM

• Manage multiple active requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technology professionals
• Develop talent pipelines for recurring client requirements
• Stay current on technology talent markets, candidate availability and compensation trends
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and clients throughout the recruitment process

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional recruitment experience
• Previous IT agency/staffing recruitment experience is required
• Proven experience recruiting for

both contract and permanent IT positions

• Strong hands-on experience with

technical/IT recruitment

• Demonstrated experience using

LinkedIn Recruiter

• Experience working with an

ATS or recruitment CRM; Bullhorn experience strongly preferred

• Experience working with

VMS platforms

and contract staffing processes

• Ability to understand technical requirements and assess candidate qualifications
• Experience managing multiple requisitions, submissions and candidate processes at the same time
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Excellent communication, organization and follow-through
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven agency environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Public-sector or government recruitment experience
• Experience with

ERP and enterprise application recruitment

• Experience supporting large enterprise clients
• Experience with technologies such as

SAP, Oracle, Workday or Microsoft Dynamics
