The Role

• Coach a development team to achieve peak performance and ensure successful Scrum project progression.

• Guide teams in modernizing critical IT projects, applying Agile best practices to overcome challenges.

• Introduce leading-edge concepts and provide highly innovative solutions to team members and stakeholders.

• Strengthen sustainable process improvements using relevant tools.

• Directly impact critical communities by delivering highly complex IT solutions.

• Lead and coordinate tasks across multiple teams to accelerate delivery of milestones and feature releases.

What You'll Need

• 5\+ years of experience with Agile, Lean, and Scrum practices, including OKR mapping, planning, and sprint execution.

• Experience teaching Agile framework concepts and de-conflicting sprint goals.

• Proficiency with the Atlassian suite, including JIRA and Confluence.

• Experience with IaaS and PaaS solution development and deployment processes.

• Experience with cloud product design and feature release planning.

• A TS/SCI clearance is required.
