Technical Writer

Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Rhetoric, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 8\+ years of technical writing and editing experience.
• 2\+ years of hands‑on NLP or conversational AI experience.
• 2\+ years in financial services (preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of technical writing methodology and style guides.
• Practical experience with knowledge management and KCS principles.
• Knowledge of financial institution structures, regulations, and loan servicing processes (preferred).
• Salesforce experience preferred.

Salary Range - $120,000-$140,000 a year
