Techno Business Analysts
Job Purpose Summary
QNB currently looking for a
Techno Business Analysts
to support QNB E-Channels with focus on Open Banking APIs, Corporate Online Banking / Cash management system and Payments.
Education / Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years in the Banking experience within IT Department with minimum 4 years in implementation of Corporate online / Mobile banking and Retail Internet / Mobile banking.
- Proven experience with minimum 3 years in analyzing and testing APIs / Open Banking API
- Reviewing and preparing Business Requirement Specification and prepare the test cases exploring all aspects of the scope.
- Strong knowledge in Payment / Swift Standards.
- Good Knowledge with Equation / Core Banking system.
- Reviewing BRS and prepare the technical analysis document and test cases exploring all aspects of the scope.
- Support customer incidents and investigations.
- Defect life cycle Management and execution status reporting
- Proven experience in Banking solutions in (SIT/UAT) testing
- Experience in test scope analysis and regression testing
- Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality.
- Consult and coordinate with systems analysts and programmers to design and develop business systems.
- Track and document changes to business specifications.
- Create and assist others in the writing of user documentation, instruction, procedures, and training
- Prepare systems business cycle specifications and manage output and controls of calculations and postings.
- Follow up on any system incidents and arrange / coordinate for fixes on timely manner.
