Technology: Full-Stack Software Engineer -Hybrid

Our client is a fast-growing healthcare e-commerce startup building a platform that makes it simple to shop for any type of care. They are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to help build and scale their healthcare store — working across the stack and collaborating directly with clinical staff to integrate with complex healthcare infrastructure.

This is a scrappy, multi-hat role for an engineer who thrives in ambiguity and wants to own features end-to-end in a fast-moving startup environment.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain full-stack features spanning pricing engines, appointment booking, and payment systems

Write product requirements documents, SQL analytics queries, and own QA for your features

Work directly with clinicians and operations teams to understand needs and shadow their workflows

Integrate with complex healthcare infrastructure including EHRs, insurance systems, and lab providers

Handle ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment where engineers wear multiple hats

Key Requirements

3–7 years of full-stack engineering experience in fast-moving startup environments

Prior startup experience — comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration

Strong across the stack or front-end leaning with generalist aspirations

Technical degree (CS preferred)

Proficient in at least one modern tech stack with eagerness to learn

Strong communicator — able to articulate complex technical problems clearly and succinctly

Entrepreneurial drive beyond the code — has built something and can speak to GTM or go-to-market strategy
