Our mission is to make exceptional care more accessible by bringing experienced medical providers directly to patients—whether at home, in a hotel, or at the office. Through both in-person and telemedicine services, Concierge MD offers comprehensive primary care, urgent care, wellness therapies, and preventive treatments tailored to each patient's needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telemedicine evaluations and medical clearances for:
• IV hydration therapy
• Specialty infusions (e.g., NAD\+, Iron, and other wellness therapies)
• Review patient intake forms and determine treatment eligibility and safety
• Prescribe and oversee direct-to-consumer treatments, including:
• Ketamine lozenges (as applicable per state regulations)
• Medical weight-loss therapies
• Other wellness-based medications and protocols
• Provide clinical guidance and risk assessment for nursing staff in the field
• Ensure compliance with state-specific telemedicine laws, DEA regulations, and clinical protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Collaborate with internal teams including operations, nursing, and compliance

Qualifications

• Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician (MD/DO)
• Vermont licensure required
• Active DEA license (required for prescribing, where applicable)
• Experience in telemedicine, or wellness-based medicine preferred
• Comfortable evaluating and prescribing in a remote environment
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently

Preferred Experience

• Experience with IV therapy or infusion-based treatments
• Familiarity with ketamine therapy and/or weight-loss medications
• Background in multi-state telehealth compliance

Compensation \& Schedule

• Monthly compensation: $1,000
• Fully remote – work from anywhere in the U.S.
• Hours: 12-8pm PST \+ weekend coverage

Pay: From $1,000\.00 per month
