Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Training Specialist is a member of the Billing \& Collection Services Training and Support team guiding end-users through the training process and helping them achieve their development goals. Additionally, the Specialist demonstrates and utilizes effective needs assessment skills to determine the appropriate level of courseware, training, and training delivery methods for the BCS Staff, Client Services Lawyers, and others using multimedia technology and authoring tools to create effective blended training programs. The Specialist is adept with system testing, data analysis, process improvement, and a variety of training delivery methods, including WebEx, Teams, and other learning applications.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum three years’ billings experience in legal or other professional services billing systems; training and application support experience highly preferred. Aderant desirable.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships across the Firm and work with a wide range of people in a team setting.
- Ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines.

Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors. The starting salary range for this Cleveland position is $75,000 – $85,000\.
