Transitioning Out of Education- A Cohort for Current Educators

Are you an instructional coach who knows you’re capable of more but unsure what’s next outside of education?

You’ve spent years guiding others through growth, navigating resistance, and helping people perform under pressure. Those skills don’t stay in schools. They scale.

The Therapish Coaching Framework is a structured system designed to help individuals build awareness, regulate under stress, and take intentional action toward who they want to become.

I’m opening a small cohort for instructional coaches who are ready to:

• Transition their coaching skills into a new space
• Learn a proven 5 step coaching framework
• Work with real clients
• Build a pathway toward income outside of education
• Be part of a growing coaching movement

This is not theory. This is application.

Cohort Details:

• Small group setting (6–8 people)
• Hands-on training \+ real coaching reps
• Direct mentorship

Pay: $10,000\.00 - $100,000\.00 per year
