Position Summary

The Construction Manager will lead the delivery of

large-scale advanced manufacturing and industrial projects

, located across the US overseeing all aspects of construction from early planning through to commissioning and handover.

This role carries full responsibility for

safety, schedule, cost, quality, and team leadership

, working closely with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

Projects are typically

high-value, complex builds

, requiring strong leadership across multi-trade environments and fast-track delivery programs.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery \& Leadership

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of

large-scale manufacturing and industrial construction projects

• Oversee all site operations, ensuring alignment across

schedule, cost, quality, and safety

• Manage complex project structures with multiple stakeholders and subcontractors

Preconstruction \& Planning

• Support

preconstruction and pursuit efforts

, including estimating input, logistics, and planning strategy

• Coordinate with design teams to ensure

constructability and delivery alignment

• Contribute to procurement strategy and early project planning

Schedule \& Cost Management

• Develop and manage project schedules, identifying and mitigating delivery risks
• Maintain oversight of

budget, forecasting, change management, and financial performance

• Drive efficiency and cost control across all phases of delivery

Safety, Quality \& Compliance

• Act as a visible safety leader, promoting a

strong safety-first culture on site

• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, quality standards, and internal procedures
• Implement QA/QC processes to maintain consistency and performance

Commissioning \& Handover

• Support commissioning activities and ensure smooth transition through to

project close-out and client handover

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all systems and deliverables meet operational requirements

Client \& Team Management

• Act as a key client interface, maintaining strong working relationships
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a

high-performance, accountable culture

• Support business development efforts and contribute to securing future work

🔹 Requirements

• 15\+ years’ experience delivering

large-scale construction projects

• Strong background in

advanced manufacturing, industrial, or mission-critical environments

• Proven ability to lead

complex, multi-trade projects

from preconstruction through delivery

• Strong understanding of

construction methods, sequencing, and delivery models (Design-Build, CMAR, etc.)

• Experience managing teams and engaging with clients at a senior level
• Willingness to travel as required

🔹 Compensation \& Benefits

• Base salary:

$190K – $240K\+

(dependent on experience)
