Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end UX design from research to final design signoff
- Conduct UX research, usability testing, and competitor analysis
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs
- Improve existing experiences using user feedback, analytics, and design insights
- Track and interpret design analytics to optimize engagement and conversion
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering for smooth execution
- Maintain consistency through scalable design systems and patterns
Requirements
- 2–5 years of UI/UX or Product Design experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and visual design skills
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles
- Experience with UX research and design analytics
- Ability to independently own projects from concept to signoff
- Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD or any modern design tools
