About the role
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered experiences for our KYB (Know Your Business) and KYC solutions. In this role, you will transform complex business and regulatory processes into simple, seamless, and engaging user experiences that improve operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to design scalable workflows, interfaces, and interactions that deliver real business impact while maintaining a strong focus on usability and accessibility.
You'll be working on:
- Design intuitive user experiences, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for KYB/KYC products
- Apply design thinking and user-centered design principles to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into user-friendly experiences
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle
- Understand user needs through research, feedback, and usability testing to improve product experiences and usability
- Prototype, test, and iterate ideas quickly to support experimentation and continuous product improvement
- Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and design documentation
Qualifications:
- Background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems, or related fields
- 0–3 years of experience, including high-potential fresh graduates
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design process, problem-solving ability, and visual design capability.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Illustrator, or equivalent
- Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices
- Familiarity with KYB/KYC workflows or fintech products is a strong advantage
