Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a U.S. Sales \& Healthcare Partnerships Manager. The role involves developing and managing strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations, insurance and retail channels. overseeing account management to ensure client satisfaction, and driving sales initiatives to support company goals. Additional responsibilities include analyzing opportunities for growth, creating partnership strategies, and serving as a key point of contact for collaborations with external stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute U.S. sales and partnership strategies across retail, healthcare, and insurance/benefit channels.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with hospitals, clinics, paediatric practices, lactation consultants, midwives and insurance/benefit providers.
- Represent the company at national trade shows, expos, and product activations.
- Train and educate healthcare professionals and partners on product features, benefits, and integration into existing programs.
- Manage key accounts, tracking adoption and driving engagement.
- Monitor market trends, insurance/benefit program updates, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Collect feedback from partners and the market to guide product development and go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align initiatives with business goals.
- Provide insights and reporting on sales performance, partnerships, and market opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven U.S. retail sales experience, ideally in consumer health, maternity care, or wellness.
- Strong network and experience with healthcare providers, clinical decision-makers, or insurance/benefit programs.
- Experience developing partnerships, key accounts, or national programs.
- Skilled in planning and managing expos, activations, and promotional events.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Passion for supporting parents and improving access to breastfeeding solutions.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of insurance/benefit programs and HSA/FSA reimbursement pathways for consumer healthcare products.
- Experience in business development, account management, or strategic partnerships.
