Role Overview

We’re looking for a

UX Designer

who is deeply user-centric, data-aware, and passionate about crafting intuitive, delightful digital experiences. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business teams to design solutions that balance user needs with business outcomes across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end

UX design

for key product journeys—from discovery to reservation to post-dining engagement.

• Conduct

user research

(interviews, usability testing, surveys) to identify pain points and opportunities.

• Translate insights into

wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction designs

.

• Collaborate closely with

Product Managers

to define problem statements, success metrics, and UX strategy.

• Work with

Engineering teams

to ensure high-quality design implementation.

• Maintain and evolve EazyDiner’s

design system

for consistency and scalability.

• Use data, analytics, and experimentation to continuously refine user experiences.
• Advocate for UX best practices and raise the design bar across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience as a

UX Designer / Product Designer

(consumer tech or marketplace experience is a plus).

• Strong portfolio showcasing

user-centered design thinking

and problem-solving skills.

• Experience designing for

mobile apps and responsive web products

.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as

Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar

.

• Solid understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative product environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with

UX research methods

and usability testing tools.

• Familiarity with

analytics tools

and A/B testing.

• Exposure to

design systems

and accessibility standards.

• Background in consumer apps, food tech, travel, or e-commerce.
