Job Description

As a User Experience (UX) Designer, you will lead the design of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that simplify complex workflows. Working closely with collaborative product teams, you will take ownership of the end-to-end design process—translating user research, business requirements, and technical constraints into high-fidelity designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. This is an excellent opportunity for an established designer looking to own major product areas, collaborate on high-impact software solutions, and mentor junior design talent.

As a User Experience Designer, you will......

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and Execute End-to-End Design: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma, prioritizing strong information architecture, usability, and visual depth to solve complex UX problems.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner proactively with Product Managers, Technical Product Owners, and Developers to define design feasibility, technical implementation requirements, and overall design strategy across different product areas.
  • Conduct \& Analyze User Research: Plan, execute, and synthesize user testing and usability studies to gather qualitative and quantitative insights, using this feedback to drive key design decisions.
  • Articulate Design Vision: Confidence in presenting and justifying design rationale, concepts, and outcomes to senior and cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering leads and product management executives.
  • Iterate Based on Metrics: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to leverage real-world research findings and system metrics, translating data insights into impactful design optimizations.
  • Scale the Design System: Contribute to, maintain, and help govern our central UI component library to ensure system-wide consistency and efficient development handoffs.

What Experience You Need

  • Education \& Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent professional certification/bootcamp from an accredited design program.
  • Experience Level: 3\+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or equivalent role within a fast-paced, product-led organization, featuring a portfolio that showcases shipped digital products.
  • Tooling Mastery: Advanced proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (specifically Figma ), including utilizing emerging workflows, libraries, and advanced prototyping capabilities.
  • Core Accessibility Standards: A strong, practical understanding of digital accessibility guidelines, ensuring designs are WCAG 2\.1\+ compliant.
  • Autonomous Research Execution: Proven experience designing and running usability tests, building research plans, and synthesizing findings into actionable design iterations.

What Could Set You Apart

  • Fintech Expertise: Demonstrated experience designing UX/UI for the financial sector or financial technology (Fintech) products, with an understanding of complex data visualization and regulatory considerations.
  • Enterprise SaaS Mastery: Deep experience designing for Software as a Service (SaaS) or complex B2B platforms featuring dense analytical dashboards.
  • AI Product Experience: Practical experience designing and shipping AI-driven features (e.g., generative interfaces, natural language processing UI, personalized recommendation systems).
  • Mentorship \& Leadership: Experience mentoring junior designers, hosting design critiques, or contributing to overall design-team culture and operational workflows.
