About The Role

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team, focusing on our Agentic AI Leasing product. In this role, you will be responsible for designing seamless, intuitive, and business-oriented cross-channel experiences that span voice, text, and web interfaces. Your primary goal will be to optimize the customer journey within the leasing domain, creating engaging conversational flows that facilitate property management interactions while allowing property managers to concentrate on meaningful connections. As part of a small, dynamic scrum team, you will work closely with Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and Product Managers to develop innovative AI-driven solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a highly collaborative environment, applying Agile and Lean UX methodologies to solve complex design challenges and deliver impactful user experiences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in user experience design
  • Strong technical aptitude, product sense, and curiosity
  • Proficiency in UX deliverables such as customer journeys, wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes
  • Portfolio demonstrating a comprehensive design process, creativity, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience conducting user research, analyzing data, and translating insights into design improvements
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Agile UX and Lean UX methodologies
  • Experience working in highly collaborative, agile environments
  • Previous experience with agentic AI is highly desirable
  • Technical proficiency with design tools and familiarity with design systems

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of conversational AI experiences within the leasing domain, ensuring intuitive and aligned flows that meet user and business needs
  • Collaborate with Product Management on roadmaps and strategic planning, advocating for end-user needs
  • Participate in Lean UX activities such as design studios and story mapping to address complex design challenges
  • Engage in ongoing collaboration with engineering, QA, and product teams during each sprint, including brainstorming and review sessions
  • Create wireframes, flow diagrams, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate and validate design concepts
  • Facilitate user research initiatives to validate ideas, gather feedback, and conduct usability testing of the developed software
  • Promote a cohesive user experience by adhering to UI patterns from our design system and participating in weekly design critiques
  • Support the team with design documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes
